Camilla is the founder and managing director of Worthington Legal. Camilla has over 18 years of legal experience, initially as a lawyer in a top city law firm in London before moving to Hong Kong in 2014 with her family. Once in Hong Kong, Camilla worked for a leading boutique legal recruitment firm. Within three years, she had progressed to head of private practice, became a director and then took on the role of managing director.
As the managing director, Camilla led a team of consultants working across both the private practice and in-house sectors for top US, magic circle and international law firms, as well as investment banks, regulators, PE firms and large multi-national corporations.

Camilla’s pragmatic and professional approach to recruiting ensures the best results for both her clients and candidates, resulting in successful placements and long-lasting relationships.
